What I Do:

As a Relationship Coach, I am committed to you having a “WOW” of a life and relationship…what is most fulfilling for you!

As a Coach for Singles, I have great fun assisting singles in becoming aware of your life purpose and vision so you can find a partner who will align with what you require and need to live it. I’m your cheerleader as you risk going for the “gold!”…attracting into your life “the one” for you.

As a Coach for Pre-committed Couples, I assist couples who think you have found “the one” in a process of balancing your hearts with your heads as you decide. Making a conscious decision about your future together is tough and the best “pain prevention” process of which I am aware.

As a Coach for Committed Couples, I create an environment of safety with a structure that releases a loving flow of energy between you, allowing you to share the truths of your fears and longings, your hopes and dreams with each other. From there, you can take action to create a great relationship that supports your individual and mutual visions.

My Coaching Style

I celebrate with you, where you are on life’s journey and the strengths you have developed in the process of living and loving. I listen for what’s not being said beneath what is being said and coach you to hear and speak your own truths, setting goals and taking actions that are in alignment with your highest vision of yourselves, your life, and your relationship(s). I listen for your greatness—a greatness that you may not yet recognize and cheerlead you as you embrace and begin to live into your personal and relational greatness. I stand in awe at your authentically empowered self connecting with those you love in deep and profound ways.

My Mission

I love being part of freeing people to be authentically themselves and watching them discover their unique contribution to life as they offer their gifts and talents toward making a difference in the part of the world that matters to them. My passion is coaching intimate partners to be present to each other’s authentic expression, opening the way for a loving flow of energy and a profound connection to be made. To me, this is a spiritual process and it is such an honor to be a part of the emerging. My mission is to raise consciousness of relationship as a spiritual path and to contribute to the transformation of the world into one of respect, peace, and love for all of us as we create respectful, peaceful, and loving relationships in our homes, at work, and in the whole of our lives.

Professional

I am a woman who has followed her bliss in seeking innovative and pioneering experiences and training in the field of human development and relationships. I’ve been blessed to train with some of the best. And that has led me to Relationship Coaching. These are some of the experiences that have taken my life from “ho-hum” to “WOW!”

• Master of Divinity degree from a Seminary with a relationally-oriented curriculum. Concentrations: Spirituality and pastoral counseling
• Training with Harville Hendrix, author of “Getting the Love You Want” & “Keeping the Love You Find,” and other talented Imago trainers and receiving designation as an Advance Imago Relationship Coach
• Over 25 years experience as a facilitator of spiritual retreats; transformational small groups; and spiritual recovery groups
• Presenter of dynamic, interactive programs on relationship development for couples and singles in churches, service organizations, and businesses
• Over 15 years experience working with families caught in the pain of addiction, especially adult children who struggle with relationship issues
• Graduating from the Institute for Life Coach Training and the Relationship Coaching Institute
• Experiencing personal and professional transformation through Landmark Education
• As Dayton’s Relationship Coach, writing a monthly column entitled “Getting to WOW!” for the Single Source News, a magazine for sophisticated singles

Personal

I have two adult children with special challenges, and because of the way I have been able to be with them, they have utilized resources to be able to embrace their most fulfilling lives. I am single and using the tools of Conscious Dating to attract my life partner and soul mate. I am blessed with wonderful friends and it gives me great joy to spend time with them. I enjoy the theater, ballroom dancing, adventurous travel, swimming with dolphins, ethnic cuisine & cooking. And I enjoy participating in groups and organizations that are committed to making a difference in the world.
